Educator’s development program

Educators Professional Development is significant as the field is constantly growing and ever-changing which means that teachers must be lifelong learners in order to teach each new group of students.  We emphasize a broader concept of teacher learning involving all teachers in Colleges/Universities engaged in a continuous and collegial cycle of learning, practice, reflection, and improvement. We at NCICU, ensure that our students are surrounded by the right educators that nurture their learning environment, because to a growing mind a trained and skilled educator is highly vital.
